1. What you're buying
Everything sold in the Eloure store is a digital item or service for use inside the EloureRP FiveM server (for example VIP membership, in-game currency or cosmetic perks). These items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable to any other server, platform or person.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to legally enter into a transaction in your country of residence, and you must comply with Eloure's server rules and Discord rules. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, abuse or rule violations. Eloure is an 18+ community.
3. Delivery
Digital items are delivered to the Discord account and/or in-game character linked to the account you purchased with. Make sure the correct account is linked before completing a purchase — see the refund policy.
4. Changes to the service
Eloure is a community project, not a company with guaranteed uptime or a fixed product line. We may change, rebalance, discontinue or temporarily suspend any perk, package or the server itself at any time. If a paid perk becomes permanently unavailable through no fault of yours, the refund policy applies.
5. Account standing
Purchased perks are tied to your standing in the community. If your access is revoked for a rule violation, perks tied to that access are forfeited and are not refunded on that basis alone.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in the purchased item being revoked and your account being suspended from the server pending resolution.
7. Limitation of liability
Eloure is provided as a hobby/community project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the server or store, including loss of in-game progress or items.
